The Indiana Venture Center is not affiliated with the presenting companies and does not endorse any of the companies (or the securities of such companies) that may seek funding through members, and receives no success fees or other compensation for any funding that may occur. Any information or representations given or made by any presenting companies must not be relied upon as having been reviewed for accuracy or authorized by the Indiana Venture Center. Consequently, investors must conduct their own due diligence in connection with any investment in companies, including but not limited to legal, tax, and investment advice.

It is important to understand that AngelNet does not:

  • Make public the names of the individual Angels participating in AngelNet.

  • Participate in negotiations between Angel investors and companies.

  • Provide information on how an investor and a listed company might negotiate or consummate a transaction after they are matched.
